Founder – Michael Rutherford, who currently has operations in a range of emerging markets, and has 25 years experience across all aspects of international trade and specialises in trading in highly
regulated markets. He holds an MBA from Dublin City University, Republic of Ireland.
Finance Adviser – Ian Henderson, who is currently the Chairman of the Board and Chief Investment
Officer of a London based trade finance house which focuses on mid-market companies and
multinational firms, tier-one investment banks, pension funds and insurers. Ian has more than 30 years
of experience across all aspects of international finance including banking, corporate finance, insurance
and asset management. He has worked for major banks and commodity traders, covering global and
emerging markets. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
Accountants - Peter Evans, who is currently the Chairman of Pink Affinity Limited and a former Senior
Inland Revenue (HMRC) Tax Inspector. Peter has over 40 years experience in all areas of taxation.
